The Fitness CFO provides financial consulting and advisory services to independent UK gym owners, including CrossFit boxes, PT studios, and functional fitness gyms. Our primary service is the Gym Profit Audit, a one-off financial review service.

The Gym Profit Audit includes:

• A free 20-minute discovery call to assess suitability
• Review of financial data provided by the client
• A written audit report delivered within 5 working days of receiving complete data
• A 60-minute Zoom walkthrough of findings
• A prioritised action plan

All services are provided in English and are intended for UK-based businesses only. We do not provide regulated financial advice, tax advice, or accountancy services. Our services are educational and consultative in nature.

3. Booking and Payment

The Gym Profit Audit is priced at £497 (inclusive of any applicable taxes). AMOL Distributions Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment you confirm:

• You are the owner or authorised representative of the gym business
• You are based in the United Kingdom
• You have read and agree to these terms
• You are purchasing in a business capacity, not as a consumer

A payment confirmation will be sent to your email address automatically by Stripe. Work will commence once payment is confirmed and the discovery call has taken place.

4. The £2,500 Guarantee

The guarantee applies under the following conditions:

• You provide complete and accurate financial data within 5 working days of purchase
• The data provided covers a minimum of 3 months of trading
• You attend the 60-minute Zoom walkthrough
• You engage in good faith with the findings and recommendations

The guarantee does not apply where incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading financial data is provided, or where the client fails to attend the scheduled Zoom session without rescheduling within 14 days.

To claim a refund under the guarantee, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the Zoom walkthrough. Refunds will be processed via Stripe within 5–10 working days.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

As services are purchased in a business-to-business capacity, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply. However, we operate the following fair cancellation policy:

• Before discovery call: Full refund, no questions asked
• After discovery call, before data submission: Full refund if requested within 48 hours
• After data submission: No refund unless the £2,500 guarantee applies

6. Your Obligations

To enable us to deliver the audit effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial data when requested
• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe (5 working days)
• Attend the scheduled Zoom walkthrough, or reschedule with reasonable notice
• Use the audit findings and recommendations for lawful business purposes only

Delays caused by late or incomplete data submission may affect the 5 working day delivery commitment. The delivery clock starts from receipt of complete data, not from the date of payment.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all financial data and business information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your specific financial data to any third party without your explicit consent.

We may use anonymised, aggregated insights from client work to inform content, benchmarks, and service improvements. No personally identifiable or business-identifiable information will be used without consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, frameworks, and methodologies — is the property of AMOL Distributions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

The audit report delivered to you is for your personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or present it as your own work.

9. Disclaimer

The Fitness CFO provides financial consulting and educational guidance only. Nothing in our services constitutes regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or accountancy services under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our audit findings. Recommendations are based on the data provided and our professional judgement — results will vary depending on implementation and market conditions.

For regulated financial, tax, or legal advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified and FCA-authorised adviser.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMOL Distributions Ltd's liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit or revenue arising from acting on our recommendations
• Any loss arising from inaccurate data provided by you
• Delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at www.thefitnesscfo.com/terms. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
